Whilst researching recipes for salt dough decorations I came across a post on Facebook by my friend Catherine in NSW. She was making her annual salt dough hand impressions of her three gorgeous boys.
Catherine is one of those Mums who inspires me, keeping three energetic toddler boys busy at home is no mean feat, she calls it raising terrorists 😄
You’ll find the recipe here on my post for Salt Dough Decorations
I recommend rolling the dough to 1.5cm thick, you’ll want a deep impression to get the proper hand print effect. Don’t forget to put a string hole in the dough before baking.
Decorating is simple, paint on a hat & beard & add a face anyway you like it!
